Ameelio worked with our juvenile detention center to develop a platform for residents to have secure contact with their families, while also complying with PREA’s requirement for a truly anonymous way to report incidents. Ameelio customized the platform to fit our needs and did so expeditiously. Our system is live now, and we are very pleased with the benefits to our residents and their families.

Ameelio provided the Iowa Department of Corrections with a secure platform that was easy for our incarcerated individuals, families, and our staff to use. Their training and support while deploying the system to all nine facilities were instrumental to the success. I love this app and when I was in Loudon Co jail, I told all my fellow inmates about it. It truly makes a huge difference in your day behind bars when you get mail and it boosts your confidence knowing the world may keep on spinning without you but that there is at least someone that notices your absence and misses you.
