Incarcerated people can make a voice call any time. If loved ones miss it, they can send an instant pre-approved by corrections reply message.
Correction staff can use the security dashboard to monitor up to 8 calls simultaneously.
Corrections staff can retrieve recording archives for investigations and track the chain of custody for critical video records.
Corrections staff may review the complete network of interactions in a designated corrections system.
We have had nothing but a great experience with Ameelio. Ameelio staff were onsite for our launch and returned to work through any issues.
